Everything from soundcheck to load-out

Build your rider in the green room, share it with the venue from the van, and hand it to FOH before doors open.

Visual Stage Plot Editor

Drag and drop 35+ instruments across 12 categories onto a scaled stage canvas. Grid snap, object snap, rotate, zoom, pan, rubber-band multi-select, and 60-step undo/redo included.

Integrated I/O Channel List

Channels auto-populate the moment you place an instrument. Stereo/mono toggle with automatic renumbering, +48V phantom, mic name fields, drag-to-reorder, row locking, and two-click monitor linking for wedges, sidefills, and IEMs.

Backline List

Track artist backline alongside your stage plot. Amps, drums, keys, and cabinets are auto-suggested from the canvas. Drum kits expand into a structured card with Shells, Hardware, and Cymbals sub-groups.

Multi-Format Export

Export a stage plot and I/O PDF, a standalone I/O PDF, a Backline PDF, a print preview, or a CSV channel list. Contacts auto-appear on every export. US Letter and A4 both supported.

US and EU Ready

Toggle between US (feet, inches, 120V, US Letter PDF) and EU (meters, cm, 240V, A4 PDF) at any time. Stage dimensions, grid sizes, riser measurements, power outlets, and exports all update automatically.

Cloud Save and Presets

Save up to 25 plots to the cloud and manage them from My Plots. Backline presets can be saved to the cloud and loaded into any future plot. Browser auto-save protects your work offline.

Always-Live Share Links

Send one link and the venue always sees your latest plot. Change a channel an hour before doors and the shared page updates with it, no re-sending files. Read-only, with a scannable QR code, and revocable any time.

Staging and Measurements

Place risers, rugs, and stairs with dimension editors. Standard US and EU panel sizes are built in with a snap-to-standard button. Draw rulers on the canvas to annotate distances in feet or meters.

Every Device, Any Browser

Optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Touch controls, pinch-to-zoom, swipe panels, and long-press context menus. No app to install. Works on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Your full rig, laid out to scale

Build a top-down stage floor plan with real dimensions. Set stage width and depth in feet or meters, place elements anywhere with optional grid snap, and rotate freely to any angle.

  • 35+ instruments across 12 categories including drums, keys, strings, risers, and video (LED wall)
  • Stage dimensions from 10 to 200 ft (or meters), with adjustable grid snap
  • Zoom, pan, rubber-band multi-select, and 60-step undo/redo
  • Riser and stairs dimension editors with US and EU standard panel sizes built in
  • Draw measurement rulers directly on the canvas to annotate distances

Your input list, built as you place gear

Every instrument you drop on the canvas adds its channels automatically. Renumber, set phantom power, name mics, and link monitors without ever leaving the plot.

  • Channels auto-populate the moment you place an instrument
  • Stereo and mono toggle with automatic renumbering
  • +48V phantom, mic-name fields, row locking, and drag-to-reorder
  • Two-click monitor linking for wedges, sidefills, and IEMs
  • Export a standalone I/O PDF or a CSV channel list

Your gear list, not just your diagram

Place an amp or drum kit on the canvas and StageplotVision suggests a backline row automatically. Confirm it, fill in make and model, and it goes straight into your rider. No separate spreadsheet.

  • Auto-suggested from canvas elements, accepted with one click
  • Item, make, model, quantity, size, and per-row notes columns
  • Drum kits expand into Shells, Hardware, and Cymbals sub-groups
  • Grouped by section: Drums, Bass, Guitars, Keys, Accessories, and more
  • Save as a cloud preset and load it into any future plot (Pro)
  • Export as a standalone Backline PDF or append it to the main stage plot export

The right file for every person on the call sheet

Generate a production-ready PDF, a dedicated I/O PDF for front-of-house, a standalone Backline PDF, or a CSV. Contacts auto-appear on everything.

  • Stage plot and I/O list combined on a single landscape PDF. US Letter for US region, A4 for EU. Switch region any time and re-export.
  • I/O-only PDF in portrait or landscape, with mic stand and stair counts
  • Backline PDF as a standalone gear list or appended to the main export
  • CSV channel list with source, type, phantom power, and notes columns
  • Tour Manager, Production Manager, and Day of Show contacts on every export

One link that is never out of date

Share a live link to your plot instead of emailing a PDF that is stale the moment you change a channel. Whoever opens it always sees the current version.

  • One shareable link per plot, updated automatically as you edit and save
  • Read-only view — recipients see the stage plot and I/O list, never your editor
  • Built-in QR code to print on a rider or tape to the console
  • Revoke access any time; the link goes dark instantly
  • Opens in any browser — nothing for the venue to install

Common questions

Do I need an account to use StageplotVision?
No. Sign up and your 14-day free trial starts immediately, no credit card required. You get full access to every feature during the trial. After 14 days, your subscription begins at $12/month or $115/year.
What can I export?
Pro subscribers can export a full PDF (stage plot and I/O list combined), an I/O-only PDF in portrait or landscape, a standalone Backline PDF, a print-ready HTML page, and a CSV channel list. .spv project files can be saved and loaded on any plan.
How does the Backline list work?
When you place instruments and amps on the canvas, StageplotVision creates suggested Backline rows automatically. Review and edit make, model, size, and quantity in the Suggested tray, then accept them into the confirmed gear list. Drum kits expand into structured Shells, Hardware, and Cymbals sub-groups. Pro users can save the list as a cloud preset and load it into future plots.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After the app loads, local editing, browser auto-save, and .spv file save/load all work without a network connection. Cloud save and sync require network access.
Can I use it on mobile or tablet?
Yes. StageplotVision has touch-optimized layouts for mobile and tablet with pinch-to-zoom, a floating instrument picker, a bottom-sheet I/O panel, and long-press context menus. Desktop gives the most room for complex plots.
Does it support feet and meters?
Yes. Toggle between US (feet, 120V) and EU (meters, 240V) at any time. Stage dimensions, grid sizes, riser measurements, and power outlet icons all update automatically.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, any time. In the app, open your account menu and choose Manage Billing — it opens the secure Stripe portal where you can update your card, switch monthly/annual, or cancel. Your cloud plots stay accessible, and access continues until the end of the paid period before reverting to Free.
Is there a free trial, and when am I charged?
Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed at all. After the trial, your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
What is your refund policy?
We don't offer refunds. The 14-day free trial gives you full access to every Pro feature before you're ever charged — no credit card is required to start. After the trial you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of your paid period.
